The contemporary era is an era of technology, where most people are joining the corporate world. Therefore, the emphasis to explore the profile of strengths of corporate employees appears to be essential as their well-being is likely to be at stake due to high work-life imbalance. The present study aimed to navigate the profile of ”character strengths”of corporate employees. A purposive sample of 100 corporate employees aged 22-50 years was drawn from various organizations in Delhi NCR. Their character strengths were identified by using Peterson and Seligman’s Values in Action Inventory. The study focused upon profiling the 24 universal character strengths to be categorized primarily under five domains, such as emotional, interpersonal, restraint, intellectual, and theological and emphasized dominant as well as underutilized strengths. Descriptive statistical analysis was computed, which revealed that interpersonal strengths (i.e., fairness & leadership) followed by emotional strengths (i.e., perseverance & honesty), further succeeded by theological strength (i.e., gratitude), also called signature strengths, revealed their ethical orientation, fair conduct, leadership skills, resilience, and relational warmth. On the other hand, least preferred strengths were found to be related to the emotional domain (i.e., zest); restraint domain (i.e., forgiveness & self-regulation), and intellectual domain (i.e., curiosity & love of learning), thereby indicating their hindrance in adaptability and innovation. The results of the study emphasized the requirement of the application of targeted developmental interventions to foster less prominent character strengths as well as to enhance signature strengths for the betterment of the employees, as well as for the organizational growth.
