The understanding of gender identities and the development of inclusive attitudes in children are greatly influenced by gender education. Preschool years are a critical era for children’s cognitive and social development, making it an ideal time to introduce themes linked to gender equality and diversity. This article thoroughly examines the responsibilities of instructors in fostering gender education among preschool children. It investigates the significance of gender education, investigates the problems that instructors encounter, and shows effective techniques for building a gender-inclusive learning environment. The findings suggest that children develop an awareness of gender identity, norms, and stereotypes at a very young age through their interactions with the surroundings they reside including family and school environment. It serves as the foundation of the appropriate gender notion or sex identity. The findings also emphasize the importance of teacher training, curriculum improvement, and family participation in promoting gender equality in early childhood education.
