The current study has explored the predictors of Work-related Quality of Life like Occupational police stress, Mindfulness, Self-regulation, and Work-Family Conflict among police personnel. Work-related quality of life is an important concept among employees, especially police personnel. Quality of work life is a favorable condition at the workplace, which satisfies employees’ needs and rewards them. It also ensures job security, and safety and provides opportunities for growth and development (May et al., 1999). This study sample comprises 50 male police officers of S.I. rank in the age range of 25-35 years. The sample was randomly selected from police stations in Mohali. The statistical technique of Stepwise multiple regression was used in the study. The results indicate that Occupational police stress is the strongest negative predictor of Work-related Quality of life among police personnel.
