The purpose of this study was to predict happiness and life satisfaction based on lifestyle. The statistical population of the present study included all women in the city of Isfahan in 2021. So, 300 women were selected as a sample using the multi-stage cluster sampling method based on Morgan’s table. Questionnaires that were considered to collect information from the sample group included: Kaviani Lifestyle Questionnaire (2009); Life Satisfaction Questionnaire, and Happiness Questionnaire (Diener, Emmons, Larsen, & Griffin, 1985); (Argyle, & Lu, 1989). For the statistical analysis of the data, statistical indicators of average, standard deviation, Pearson correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis were used in a step-by-step manner with the help of SPSS software. The analysis is done using correlation and multiple regression methods. The findings showed that lifestyle can directly predict happiness and life satisfaction. Also, implementing a lifestyle leads to happiness and increases life satisfaction.
