Fairness is a significant component related with the success of any organization. An organization requires to implement fairness in their organizational practices if they wants their employee to be satisfied, committed and loyal toward them. Perception of justice plays an important role in determining the commitment of employees towards their organization. The present paper has investigated how perception of distributive justice in performance appraisal system plays an important role to determine the employees’ commitment to the organization. The study has been carried out on 110 managerial level personnel from the banking organizations. The result revealed that justice perception performance appraisal in organization leads to increase the organizational commitment among employees.
