This review paper explores the intricate impact of workplace spirituality on innovative work behavior and workforce agility. This review explores the interconnectedness of workplace spirituality, workforce agility, and innovative work behavior, providing insights into how these dimensions collectively contribute to organizational performance. Furthermore, workplace spirituality is closely linked to enhanced workforce agility, reflected in higher job satisfaction, reduced stress levels, and improved mental health among employees. By synthesizing findings from various studies, this paper aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of how workplace spirituality can serve as a catalyst for innovative work behavior and workforce agility.
