This qualitative study explores the cognitive benefits of mindfulness and meditation in conjunction with strategic technology use among young adults working in high-tech environments. Conducted with 35 participants aged 20-44, the research investigates how these practices influence focus, emotional regulation, and workplace productivity. The findings reveal that 34% of participants engaged in mindfulness or meditation, with the majority reporting improved attention span, reduced stress levels, and enhanced mental clarity. Notably, individuals who combined mindfulness with screen breaks demonstrated a synergistic effect, experiencing greater cognitive resilience and task efficiency. While 80% of participants reported screen time exceeding four hours daily, mindfulness practices-including journaling, yoga, and virtual reality-based meditation-were associated with better adaptability and reduced cognitive fatigue. The study underscores the importance of integrating mindfulness training and digital hygiene into modern organizational settings to promote positive mental health and sustained cognitive performance.
