The objective of the study is to find the level of psychological well-being and self-actualization among young adults. Accordingly, the hypothesis was formulated. An exploratory quantitative research design was used for collecting the data. 80 young adults including both males and females aged between 18 to 39 years were considered. Scale of Psychological Well-being (Ryff, 1989) and the Short Index of Self-actualization Inventory (Sharma, 2009) were used to gather the data. After analysing the data, it was observed that meditation had a positive correlation with psychological Well-being and self-actualization. The results of the current research would add literature to the available studies and be beneficial for an individual.
