Job satisfaction has been tested and proven as one of the factors that glue employees to their organizations. This paper was aimed to investigate the level of satisfaction among lecturers in higher education. One hundred twenty employees were surveyed from colleges through questionnaire and one hundred two were completed and returned. Frequency method was used to analyze and interpret data. The results highlighted the value of survey as a strategy for management and human resource planning in colleges.
