The present study delves into the knowledge and adoption level of the e-Mausamhau Krishi Mausam Seva mobile app among farmers in Haryana, India, with a focused exploration in the Hisar district. Embracing an exploratory research design, the study captures voices from four villages across Hisar and Hansi blocks, engaging 80 respondents through a structured interview schedule. Findings reveal that institutional sources like KVKs and State Agricultural Departments play a pivotal role in app awareness. Farmers exhibited the highest knowledge and adoption in aspects such as ‘Current Weather’, ‘Weather Forecasting’, and ‘Crop Management’, while awareness and usage lagged in ‘Problems and Solutions’ and ‘Satellite Map’. This study underscores the important dynamics of technological integration in agriculture, shedding light on areas ripe for intervention to enhance digital inclusivity and sustainable farming practices.
