Aggression is one of the most serious threats to humanity. If we look around, we find that there is a lot of conflict at the individual level, family level, state level, national level as well as the international level. Aggression is a major cause of several problems such as antisocial behavior, road rage, rape, terrorism, murder, etc. Therefore, understanding anger and aggression at early stages in school children is very essential, and to plan appropriate intervention strategies at the right time. The present paper shall focus on forms of aggression, causes of aggression, and intervention strategies on the part of individuals, parents, school teachers, doctors, etc. have been discussed.
