Impact of Warm and Cool Colors on Human Perception

Color is a perception of reflection of light of different wavelengths reflected from different objects. Colors play a vital role in human life. This paper reflects the impact of warm and cool colors on human perception and the degree to which different genders like warm and cool colors. Two sample test charts consisting of color wheel and different pictorial images of warm color were prepared and analyzed by different gander for their affinity towards them. The result showed that boys like green blue combination most, on the other hand girls like yellow and orange the most. But if pictorial scenes are observed the trend was found different.
