Since the very inception of human civilization, it has been a human tendency to migrate from place to place due to several factors. Nowadays, a large number of young Indians are going abroad specifically to the USA and some European countries through illegal means. Punjab has the highest number of such illegal immigrants and now such patterns are on the rise in Haryana also. Thus, keeping in view the above, the present paper is an attempt to study the problems as well as the impact of Illegal immigration from Haryana to the United States of America and Europe. The paper is empirical in nature and is based on primary data collected from the families of the respondents with the help of families of the migrants through interview schedule and the migrants through virtual mode. The key findings of the study reveal that the person of the younger generation irrespective of their gender & economic position are rushing towards the USA and European countries in order to secure their future. It has become a fashion to go to the USA via illegal means. The finding show reveals that the family structure of such migrants is being adversely affected.
