Adjustment is a very important life skill required for balancing life. Life is a continuous process of adjustment. The present study has evaluated the adjusting behaviour of college students on the basis of their gender. The objectives of the study were to compare the home, health, social and emotional adjustment levels of male and female college students. The sample consisted of 56 college students (28 males & 28 females). The results of the study revealed the trends of adjustment among males and females. An unsatisfactory adjustment level was seen in females as compared to males in home, health and emotional adjustment. Both males and females showed no difference in the level of social adjustment. Implications of the study are discussed.
