The newest industrial revolution, known as Industry 4.0, is just getting started. It calls for the intelligent combination of advanced information technology and production processes. Additive Manufacturing (AM), a key element in this ambitious plan, is leading the charge in this revolutionary wave. This study aims to present a thorough analysis of Additive Manufacturing technologies and explain how important they are to the advancement of Industry 4.0. This study focuses on three important aspects of AM: new developments in material science, improvements to the AM process, and the inclusion of design considerations. This talk’s main goal is to classify our present knowledge and the direction that technology is now taking in the field of AM while shedding light on the wide range of possible uses for it. As companies abroad have successfully forged thriving enterprises in this realm, researchers have embarked on the quest to determine if similar entrepreneurial opportunities can be harnessed within our own nation. Additive Manufacturing (AM), as a groundbreaking technology, bestows structural integrity that permits diverse designs to safeguard structures from ground vibrations. The reduction in carbon footprints is not merely an added bonus or a contemporary imperative; it also stands as a promising gateway to which the world will inevitably turn for all its construction requisites in the future. Northern India is prone to earthquakes and safeguarding the new constructions is the best alternative.
