Sleep disturbance is increasingly understood as involving broader emotional, cognitive, behavioural, and physiological processes rather than merely nighttime sleep disruption. This study explored participant-reported experiences following engagement with a multimodal mindbody intervention focused on insomnia, stress-related sleep disturbance, emotional regulation, behavioural sleep alignment, and cognitive calming. A qualitative study using Reflexive Thematic Analysis was conducted on 85 publicly available participant narratives posted on Trustpilot for Happiness Gurukul. Five interconnected themes emerged, including physiological safety, cognitive quieting, emotional unburdening, behavioural realignment, and restored trust in natural sleep. Participants described sleep restoration not merely as improvement in nighttime sleep, but as an emergent outcome of broader emotional, cognitive, behavioural, and self-regulatory processes.
