The study was undertaken to understand the farmers’ awareness and purchasing behaviour towards bio-Products. For the study, data collection was carried out with the help of face-to-face interview schedule method. The primary data were collected with the help of the well-prepared questionnaires by seeking face to face interviews with the farmers. Secondary data were collected from the published reports, journals, the company’s website and other relevant websites. In the present study, 100 farmers and 50 dealers were selected by multi-stage sampling method. From the present study, it was found that out of 100 respondents, 92 percent of respondents were aware of bio-products and 8 percent were not aware of bio-products. All the dealers from the sample selected were aware of bioproducts. In the case of the farmers’ survey, the findings indicated that the quality of the product, price, credit and brand image were the most influential factors in consumers’ decision-making process. After-sales service had a comparatively lower influence, and past experience, availability, safety, packaging size and promotional activity had a moderate impact. In the case of the dealers’ survey, the quality of the product was the most important factor followed by field staff, discount and price. Safe for health was the least important factor for influencing sales of bio-products.
