A school is a complex organization, and effective management of the school organization is difficult and time-consuming for school leaders, which has a significant impact on the outcome of a school. When qualified leaders run the school, it produces productive and efficient teaching staff and personnel. However, not all school leaders can effectively lead without proper knowledge and training. It takes time and commitment that a school leader can perform what is best expected. The purpose of this paper is to explore transformational leadership styles and how the school leader manages the school effectively, like creating a positive environment among the teachers. Upon exploring and understanding the transformational leadership style based on the literature review, Transformational leadership behaviors greatly influence teachers and boost school leaders’ management. Also, it was found that idealized influence, inspirational motivation, individual consideration, and intellectual stimulation were common behaviors that support school leaders’ behaviors and attitudes. Thus, it is vital to understand the transformational leadership style that impacts the school leader’s management.
