This study aims to investigate the impact of cultural diversity on psychological well-being and subjective happiness, as well as to explore potential variations in these factors across different geographical zones of India. Data was collected from 200 employed individuals using the Cultural Diversity Questionnaire (CDS), Psychological Well-being Scale (PWB), and Subjective Happiness Questionnaire (SHQ). Analysis conducted using SPSS-27 revealed a significant correlation (p=<0.01) between cultural diversity, psychological well-being, and subjective happiness. Furthermore, cultural diversity was found to positively impact both psychological well-being and subjective happiness. However, no statistically significant differences were observed among these variables across different Indian regions. In conclusion, embracing India’s cultural diversity while addressing associated challenges can foster a more cohesive and satisfying society. The findings underscore the importance of promoting inclusive education, psychological interventions, equal opportunities, addressing social disparities, and fostering intercultural dialogue to enhance overall well-being and happiness in India.
