This research paper aims to investigate the relationship between physical activity and mental health outcomes in the context of urban India. The study conducted a comprehensive analysis of data collected from urban residents across various demographics, including age, gender, socioeconomic status, and physical activity levels. Various mental health indicators, such as self-reported stress, anxiety, and depression, were assessed using standardized questionnaires. Physical activity levels were measured in terms of frequency, duration, and type of exercise. Preliminary findings suggest a significant and positive correlation between physical activity and improved mental health outcomes. Individuals who engaged in regular physical activity reported lower levels of stress, anxiety, and depression. Furthermore, the study identified specific exercise modalities and frequencies that appear to yield the most significant mental health benefits.
