Today, printing is considered as one of the established industry both in India and abroad. Conventional offset printing is one of the major forms of printing today and it occupies approximately 40 per cent of the total print market share and digital printing segment is growing day by day. Print sharpness is considered as one of the basic print quality factors which need to be taken into account and discussed in detail. Moreover, suitable method is also need to be devised to measure these print quality factors more economically and in a very simplified way. In this work, standard observers are selected to evaluate print sharpness with a suitable scale to simplify the print sharpness.
