In organizational studies, the concept of resilience has recently become more and more prominent. In order to explain how organizations can survive and thrive in the face of adversity or turbulence, it is considered to be a very promising concept. PERMA model intervention is a Positive Psychology Intervention which has been found fruitful in enhancing mental health, well- being and resilience as well. In this study, the resilience of private sector bankers was calculated and PERMA model intervention was used to enhance it in the experimental group. For this objective, 8o subjects were chosen as sample and divided equally into experimental and control groups. Resilience Scale (Wagnild & Young, 1993) was used to assess resilience. 2 week long intervention was given to the experimental group. t- test was found to be 2.70851 with p- value of .004152 which was found significant at 0.05 level. This proved the hypothesis formulated.
