The rising incidence of mental health problems significantly affects the well-being of the Indian population, presenting a pressing concern. Lack of sufficient infrastructure and reduced allocated resources hinder the pace of advancements and improvements in the mental health domain. In the current monotonous world, pausing to assess individual well-being seems to be neglected due to the ongoing expectations of life, which makes it important to reflect on one’s emotional wellness levels. Evaluating one’s wellness levels through a self-reporting emotional wellness test enables one to rethink coping and dealing with stressors, influencing the promotion of healthy living styles. The present constructed test assesses core areas such as time management, self-concept, relationship management, while exploring coping styles among corporate employees and college students. The test was undertaken by 18,951 corporate employees and 32,426 college students. The results show a significant negative correlation between the age and total scores for both corporate employees (-0.191, p<0.001) and college students (-0.022, p<0.001). A one-way ANOVA (F= 548, p<0.001) test confirms a significant difference in the emotional wellness scores based on gender.
