To become emotionally intelligent, one has to be thorough with the feeling words. Becoming emotionally literate is learning the alphabet, grammar and vocabulary of our emotional lives and thus is a key to living a full rich life. Emotional Literacy is a profound, beautiful language available to everyone which can be implemented rapidly and safely. Learning how to become emotionally literate is one of the best investments that human beings can make for themselves, their children, and the future.
