Psychological well-being refers to our subjective perception of the satisfaction and health-oriented approach to life, which is based on our internal perception. Yog Nidra combines complete physical, mental, and emotional relaxation with inner awareness, serving as a predictor of good psychological well-being. To assess the efficacy of Yog Nidra on well-being of the participants. The study used a pre-post single-group research design to achieve the aim of the study. We selected 40 wives of individuals with substance use disorders through purposive sampling from the Institute of Mental Health and Research Pvt. Ltd., Indore, M.P. All participants were educated housewives. A half-hour session of Yog Nidra was given to the participants in the evening for 15 days at the institute in a group. Psychological Well-being scale by Sisodiya and Chaudhary was used to record scores on participant’s Psychological Well-being. Obtained results indicated that the hypothesis is rejected at the confidence level of 0.05, i.e., Yog Nidra enhances the well-being of the participants. The daily practice of Yog Nidra enhances the psychological well-being of the participants, which nurtures life satisfaction, efficacy, sociability, mental health, and interpersonal relations as well, of the participants directly; nonetheless, the effectiveness of Yog Nidra on Psychological Well-being remains a question of inquiry.
