Beck’s Depression Inventory and WHO’s Quality of Life- Bref scale were used to measure the level of depression and quality of life. The intervention was implemented for 8 weeks and the results displayed substantial effects on the participants. The results were analyzed using Paired Sample t test and MANOVA and the Partial Eta Squared value indicated the extent of its effect. The study proved that the ‘Holistic Quality of Life Intervention (HQLI)’ is an effective tool for alleviating depression and enhancing quality of life among women having bipolar disorder.
