The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between occupational attributional style, psychological well-being, health, and job burnout of bank employees and how attributional style affects psychological well-being, health and job burnout of bank employees. The sample includes 200 employees of public and private sector banks of India from Varanasi District. The personnel designations have been manager, accountant, cashier and clerk of the public and private banks. Four questionnaires namely Occupational Attributional Style Questionnaire, Scale of Psychological Well-being, General Health Questionnaire, and Maslach Burnout Inventory have been administered to the subjects. The data have been analyzed by using correlation and regression analysis. The results of regression and correlational analysis showed that employee’s positive occupational attributional style significantly predicted psychological well-being, health, and burnout
