Premenstrual syndrome is the most prevalent menstrual complication experienced by females now-a-days. This is getting aggravated due to lack of awareness. Pharmacotherapy is predominately used for the same but psychotherapies could also help to manage the symptoms. The different techniques and therapies have been reviewed but nothing has been majorly reviewed in the context of the Indian population. The paper aimed to explore in the same direction. The study aimed to evaluate the impact of the intervention module in pre-menstrual syndrome. The tool used for the evaluation is Pre-Menstrual Syndrome Scale (PMSS; Padmavathi et al., 2013). A single case study pre and post research design is used. Results indicate a decrease in the severity of premenstrual syndrome symptoms. Intervention module is effective in Premenstrual syndrome.
