This study aimed to investigate the impact of alcohol consumption on an individual’s ego strength. The research categorized participants into four groups based on their drinking habits: abstainers, binge drinkers, moderate drinkers, and heavy drinkers. The study included 80 adults aged 25-35, with 20 participants in each category. Ego strength was assessed using Hasan’s Ego Strength Scale. Statistical analysis revealed a significant relationship between alcohol consumption and ego strength, indicating that alcoholism can substantially influence an individual’s ego strength.
