Speed is the core of the Modern Era with rapidly growing modern technology conquering new horizons; the size of the world is becoming shorter and shorter. Because of such borderless technology, now the question arise how to deal with the crimes of such technology. The main problem in such crimes is of investigation and law enforcement. Cyber crime is one of the toughest challenges that law enforcing agencies in India face. Various departments of the criminal justice administration system are awakening to the possibility of the crime in Cyberspace and the necessity for being computer savvy. The present paper reviews on cyber crime investigation and enforcement of law in India.
