Color measurement parameters may vary from application to application. The color difference measurement conditions in printing are 20 standard observer, ISO E, D50, Polarization Filter OFF, M0, Delta E a*b. The color difference measurement conditions in textile technology are 100 standard observer, ISO E, D65, Polarization Filter OFF, M0, CMC l:c. The l:c represents the weightage for the lightness and chroma difference. Here we set to 2:1 ratio. Here Delta E a*b* shows higher color variation than CMC l:c.
