Since their inceptions, libraries remained the centres for knowledge and learning. The libraries build their collections to cater to the informational requirements of its stakeholders. The use of information communication technologies has not only changed the products and services in all sectors but also changed the behaviour and expectations of its ultimate users. The libraries are also not the exception of it. The present paper highlights some of the major changes in the behaviour of its users.
