Printing is one of the largest industries in the world. Most of the presses comes under middle scale industry. The resources available in this presses are somewhat limited as a factor of capital cost. Therefore, it is very much important to find out the various resources like machines, devices and other tools available with the companies. These resources directly influences the quality of the printed product. If a company is using high quality printing machines, definitely it can able to produce better print quality. Better quality leads to customer satisfaction. This research paper is to find out the various resources and its capabilities in the Printing department of company of counter Magnet city like Hisar, Haryana. A questionnaire is prepared and filled by the printers itself. This available data is then analyzed with suitable methods and it is found that most of the printer is not currently using latest technologies in their production house. Printer can improve print quality of jobs with the application of latest technologies and can enhance the pleasing appearance to print.
