E-learning is the mission of India to make India digitally advanced and to develop skills among youth. India being an advantageous country of demographic dividend needs to prepare learning generation digitally sound. Teachers are the leaders who can establish digitally literate society. So the present study is intended to investigate the attitude of teachers towards the use of ICT in classroom learning. For the present study descriptive research method was used and data was collected from 120 school teachers containing different socio demographic variables. Standardized questionnaire of “Dr. Nasrin and Dr. Fatima Islahi was used for study. The Results of the study indicates that the urban teachers has more positive attitude towards ICT than rural teachers. However, experience, gender and stream does not impact the attitude of teachers towards ICT.
