The current research was accomplished in Haryana in 2022. The NHM plan has helped the horticultural industry’s GDP surpass the agricultural sector for the first time since India gained its freedom. The findings indicate that nearly half of the respondents had a more favourable level of attitude towards guava cultivation practices under NHM. Variables, i.e., education, landholding, annual income, mass media exposure, socio-economic status, and adoption of guava cultivation were in positive and significant correlation with the level of attitude toward guava cultivation under NHM, at (0.01%) significance level. Variables, i.e., education, landholding, annual income, mass media exposure, socio-economic status, and adoption of guava cultivation were found in positive and significant correlation with the level of attitude toward guava cultivation under NHM, at (0.01%) level of significance. The analysis of regression shows a significantly positive impact on education, family size, land holding, annual income, social participation, mass media exposure, and extension contacts, whereas, age, caste, family type, and subsidiary occupation exhibited a significantly negative impact on the attitude of farmers toward NHM.
