Organisations must continuously adapt to maintain their competitive edge in the contemporary and rapidly evolving business environment. This paper investigated the impact of Dynamic Capabilities (DC) on Service Quality (SQ), Relationship Longevity (RL), and Supply Chain Performance (SCP). Although many enterprises recognise the importance of adaptability, there remains a scarcity of research examining the direct influence of these capabilities on critical operational outcomes, particularly within the Vaal region. To address this gap, the paper analysed data collected from 288 participants, who were chosen through a probability stratified sampling technique to ensure a varied and representative cohort. Employing Pearson Correlation Analysis (PCA), the results indicated significant positive correlations between DC and the three constructs: SQ (r = 0.604, p < 0.01), RL (r = 0.608, p < 0.01), and SCP (r = 0.621, p < 0.01). These findings underline the essential function of dynamic capabilities in enhancing service quality, supporting enduring relationships, and improving supply chain performance. The paper advocates for organisations to prioritise developing and enhancing their dynamic capabilities to sustain competitiveness and elevate overall performance.
