Aggression is a stable psychological trait of the individual that lasts from childhood through adolescence and adulthood. The school environment significantly impacts students’ conduct, personalities, attitudes, and academic achievement-greatly impacts inadvertently. The academic environment is how students develop their personalities and life skills overall. This study’s methodology is descriptive in nature. A representative sample of 150 high school students was taken, and data were collected employing stratified random sampling techniques. The results of this study showed that there is no significant correlation between high school students’ aggression and the two aspects of the school environment-rejection and permissiveness. However, a strong and unfavorable correlation between teenage aggression and the school environment’s aspects of acceptance, control, cognitive encouragement, and creative stimulation was determined. The study’s results also showed that most students exhibit passive, aggressive, and antisocial behavior, which negatively impacts both academic performance and the student’s lifestyles and also influences the school environment.
