The rise of digital technology has transformed how older adults navigate their personal and professional lives, particularly in sectors like entertainment, defence, sports, and entrepreneurship. This study investigates how individuals aged 70 and above integrate digital tools, bridging generational gaps and maintaining relevance in a fast-evolving digital landscape. Using an exploratory and qualitative research design, in-depth interviews were conducted with EX prominent figures across various fields. Thematic analysis revealed that while older adults initially face challenges with technology, they often rely on younger generations for support, fostering greater social engagement and sustained professional influence. Figures like Amitabh Bachchan, General (Retd.) Singh, Kapil Dev, and Ratan Tata exemplify how digital platforms help them remain connected and influential. The findings underscore the importance of digital literacy programs tailored to older adults to further enhance their social inclusion and reduce isolation.
