Achievement motivation in relation to adjustment among students

The present paper examined the relation between achievement motivation and adjustment among students. The sample was comprised of 400 students (200 boys and 200 girls) from various schools of district HIsar, Haryana. The Achievement Motivation Scale by Dr. V.P. Bhargava and Adjustment Scale by Asthana were used to assess the level of achievement motivation and adjustment among students. The Product Moment Correlation Method was used to analyze the results. The results indicated that there was significant relation in achievement motivation and adjustment among students.
