In the contemporary world, AI has had an impact on the field of personality trait research and gratitude-focused psychological intervention studies. Personality trait research examines human behavior. Using machine learning algorithms and AI-based natural language processing (NLP) allows us to analyze linguistic patterns and behavioral patterns in personality assessment. Rapid technological progress means that these advances are now being applied to recruitment, mental health, and analysis of user behavior as a way of generating objective data about personality characteristics. Additionally, chatbots powered by AI encourage users to feel gratitude. Gratitude promotes psychological resilience and overall well-being. Positive psychology can be integrated into gratitude exercises through chatbot technology. Nevertheless, there are some issues related to ethics, such as possible privacy issues, implicit bias in personality testing, and artificialness of the gratitude generated by the AI chatbot. The current systematic review is focused on exploring AI-powered personality assessment tools and AI-powered gratitude interventions relevant 12 studies were identified, by searching Pub Med, google sochar, reasearch gate for the articles published between 2021 to 2026 rreviewing existing studies on these topics, and their benefits and risks. Based on the analysis, it can be concluded that AI technologies may help analyze human traits and emotions, but they require continuous improvement and enhancement to increase ethicality.
