Time management is the ability to plan, organize, and budget one’s time in order to achieve one’s objectives. The problem undertaken for examination in the present investigation was to study Time Management by the teachers of Bihar University. The sample was drawn from the specific strata of Bihar University. It was a random stratified sampling. 50 teachers from each cadre, i.e., Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, and Professor were chosen for the study. Time Management Scale (Sinha, 1990) was employed to measure how the teachers spend time in 24 hours. Means were calculated and the activities were ranked in order. It is apparent from the findings that the majority of teachers don’t work. This university organization has a soft work culture, where work is displaced from its central place. There exists a culture of aaram (rest).
