Consequently, when the pandemic struck in March 2020, the country’s ability to deal with a new catastrophe was weakened. Afterwards, the economy was hit by a severe economic downturn that touched all industries. The study covers different aspects concerning Indian economic status. Many businesses have been impacted by COVID-19, including the pharmaceutical industry, hospitality, tourism, aviation, real estate, and housing. In the wake of the crisis, at least 15 million jobs were lost, according to estimates. The purpose of this review analysis is to determine the impact of Covid-19 and the lockout on the Indian economy.
