Marital happiness and sexual satisfaction are two important concepts in marital relationships. It is the key factor that helps to produce intense attachment and affection between the partners. This study explores the relationship and difference between marital happiness and sexual satisfaction among young and old couples. The sample consisted of 100 couples (50 young & 50 old) from different parts of Kerala. The tools used were the marital happiness scale (Azrin et al., 1973) and the Index of sexual satisfaction (Hudson, 1981). Results indicated that there is a significant difference between young and old couples in marital happiness and sexual satisfaction. However, there is no correlation between marital happiness and sexual satisfaction among young and old couples.
