Based on the statistical findings, the following results were obtained: 1- There is a significant relationship between mothers ’employment and students’ self-sufficiency and self-esteem. 2. Working mothers with more than 15 years of experience, their children reported more self-sufficiency and self-esteem than students whose mothers had less than 15 years of experience.
