Today the employees spend most of their time on their job. They are working the equal of an extra month per year. Over working can affect both work and family domain that lead to work family clash (Bacharach et al., 1991). Therefore, understanding of physical and psychological well-being and work life balance issues, particularly among working women ha become matter of primary importance now. Having imbalanced life, strained relationships and passionless life leads to ineffective performance in life both at work and at home. The present paper highlights on some important factors affecting work-life balance, and coping strategies to balance this conflict.
