Knowledge Management is the discipline of enabling individuals, teams and entire organizations to collectively and systematically create, share and apply knowledge, to better achieve their objectives. Knowledge Management is the collection of processes that govern the creation, dissemination, and utilization of knowledge. Knowledge management exists amidst us for a very long time. People who are getting benefited from knowledge management are philosophers, priests, teachers, politicians, scribes, Liberians, etc.
