In a rapidly changing business scenario wherein effective performance is becoming the key factor for individuals, teams and organizations, there is tremendous need to constantly upgrade the existing skills/attitudes/competencies as well as motivational level to achieve global benchmarks. So health and well-being in the workplace have become major concern in contemporary life. These topics continue to dominate the pages of practitioner-oriented magazines.
