Adolescence is a key stage for developing identity and future aspirations. It is a crucial period of life during which children experience significant pressure to choose the right career path for their life. This literature review aims to analyze previous research data base to examine the various predictors that can significantly influence on the adolescence career choices. Adolescence age is considered from the age of 13 to 19 years more crucial time period to take the career decision; it can shape identity of an individual over the long term. In Adolescence age while taking the career decision, there are some significant predictors that can influence career decision such as parental support, peer pressure, Gender, Socio economic etc. In this review paper two main factors were identified and deeply reviewed, First, Adolescence attitude towards the Artificial Intelligence (AI) an emerging factor from last decade and the second one is Emotional Intelligence (EI). This review paper also examines the role of various predictors that can impact career decision making ability during the adolescence period. It is conceptualized that emotional intelligence and Attitude towards AI are the strong predictors of determination of career choices.
