This study aimed to investigate stress and sleep disturbances among young adults who are addicted to play video games and those who are not addicted to play video games. It included 60 men and 60 women, all between the ages of 19 and 23. Participants were given three questionnaires: the Game Addiction Inventory for Adults (GAIA), the Students Stress Inventory (SSI), and the Level 2 Sleep Disturbance-Adult scale. The data was scored, and then statistical methods like mean, standard deviation, and two-way ANOVA were used to analyze the results. The final result showed that the students who are addicted to video games had higher levels of stress related to interpersonal relationship stress, academic stress, and overall stress, as well as more sleep problems compared to those who are not addicted. Additionally, male young adults showed higher levels of physical stress and sleep problem than females.
