Hypno-parenting has emerged as an alternative approach to improving parenting practices, yet its application can be more effectively understood through the lens of adult education. Grounded in psychological principles of suggestion and subconscious influence, hypno-parenting training represents a form of adult learning aimed at enhancing parental competencies in child upbringing. This study examines the implementation of a hypno-parenting training model at Yayasan Anak Langit, evaluates its impact on parents as adult learners, and identifies key factors influencing its effectiveness. Using a mixed-methods approach, data were collected through interviews, observations, questionnaires, and documentation. The findings indicate that the training was systematically organized following core adult education principles, including needs-based planning, participatory learning, practice-oriented instruction, and reflective evaluation. The program led to notable improvements in parental competencies, particularly in guiding children’s behavior, supporting emotional and cognitive development, and fostering creativity. The effectiveness of the training was influenced by active learner participation, relevant instructional materials, and continuous feedback mechanisms. The study highlights the significance of integrating adult education frameworks into hypno-parenting programs to enhance learning outcomes and promote more responsive and contextually grounded parenting practices.
